Workforce Capability Manager
nbn – Melbourne, VIC – Job Expectations As nbns Capability Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product owners in delivering IT capability for Customer Service & Assurance and Customer Connections, with a focus on the IT Tools & systems utilised by nbns external workforce. Reporting to the Workforce Enablement Manager, your team will define user stories, supporting the design and build of IT capability to ensure the capability is tested and released to support Customer Connect, Service Assurance, RSPs, and our Field Workforce within an Agile environment. Your role will be to ensure that capabilities are delivered on time and aligned to the operational and technical strategy. Please note, this is a 24 month fixed term opportunity.
