Work Management Centre Performance Lead
nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations This is a 24- Month Max Term role As a Work Management Centre Performance Lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of service activations and ensuring they are in line with the corporate annual operating plan, whilst providing a great customer experience through performance management of the various delivery partners who perform the activations work (HFC, Fibre, Copper). This role is critical in guaranteeing that the built network can be activated for services by ensuring the correct field resources are available, at the right time to achieve satisfactory customer experience. The Work Management Centre Performance Lead will work collaboratively with Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) to drive completions, identify issues and remove any blockers to ensure a Right First Time’ outcome for our customers.
