Users Empowering and Support Manager

nbn – Melbourne, VIC – Job Expectations The Users Empowering and Support Manager role is responsible for two functions, customer engagement & empowering, and providing technical operational support for the data solutions and platforms for Performance and Analytics team (P and A). Reporting to the GM, this position will have a number of primary responsibilities including leading the relationship with the customers on behalf of the team, knowledge management, setting standards and monitoring data quality, as well as the operational management of the analytics and automation solutions delivered by the team. A bit about your role In this role, you will require to: Represent team P and A with all customer groups such as D&D and IT Operations Own the delivery of knowledge management and user training for solutions the team delivers Champion data and automation solutions the PandA team deliver Own the operational support function for the platforms and data solutions delivered by the team A bit about you To be succe… – Permanent – Full-time
