As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Business and Everyday Banking Services team in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be managing a large team who will be resolving customer requests in relation to a variety of products and services via inbound and outbound calls. This role is based at Paramatta but can also benefit from flexible working arrangements. As a leader in the business, you will be coaching, mentoring, and guiding your team to success. You will be extremely knowledgeable about banking services and will add value to your team through your expertise.
