Senior Portfolio Officer
nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations Build your career and Australias future. As a Senior Portfolio Officer, your role will report into the Executive Manager, Customer Experience (CX) Governance. This role will provide portfolio coordination and support of programs to deliver CX initiatives. Your role will be supporting the executive manager and broader governance team in developing and maintaining a portfolio view of the initiatives that drive CX. You will work on setting up and running a portfolio view of CX programs, reporting on the initiatives and metrics in the portfolio, milestones and the expected CX benefits. Your role will also be liaising with initiative stakeholders across nbn to understand delivery and timing of CX initiatives, understanding the possible risks and watchouts. As the Senior Portfolio Officer, you will work on reporting and keeping the business updated via a monthly RAG status for the portfolio. Please note this will be a 24-month fixed term opportunity.
