Senior Consultant, Customer Enablement – Business & Private Banking
Melbourne, VIC – In conjunction with the Manager, Customer Enablement, develop and execute on the customer enablement strategy for business customers. Influence the design of the future footprint to ensure it meets the needs of our business customers and bankers. Act as the Business & Private Banking engagement point across the enterprise for developing service solutions and improvements that will be delivered in to the business, ensuring that those service solutions fit the needs of our customers. Work with business leaders to develop, deliver and manage service solutions that better meet the needs of our customers.
