nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations The incumbent will be accountable to assist the Manager Quality Management to develop, implement, review & continuously improve the Quality Management System across the full network realisation lifecycle (Plan, Design & Build) which impacts on Network Deployment quality performance. The role will require a collaborative engagement approach to understand the challenges experienced by operational deployment groups in the regions and the performance of delivery partners to deliver a positive NPD (Network Planning and Design) customer experience for Network Engineering & Operation (NEO). Reporting to the Manager Quality Management, the Quality Improvement Specialist will be responsible for all aspects pertaining to the implementation and assurance of quality for designated Deployment Groups and Delivery Partners.
