Process Reporting and Improvement Manager

nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations As a Process Reporting and Improvement Manager you will be supporting the Infrastructure and Assets team in its ongoing process reporting commitments in addition to process monitoring and improvement. You will be responsible in ensuring all team processes are mapped, updated as well as being periodically reviewed for improvement. You will also look to ensure all process work instructions are documented and maintained for use and in addition will be responsible for reporting team KPIs and coordinating improvement initiatives where meeting KPIs targets are at risk. The role is based in Sydney with the responsibility of working with the Infrastructure and Assets Team (both on-shore and off-shore), wider Finance, various Business stakeholders and IT where applicable to drive the successful implementation of process improvements.
