Private Adviser – Melbourne, VIC – Personal Trainer x 3 – Casual Position Our organization is in the healthcare industry for more than a decade. We are seeking a candidate who can commence work on a casual basis (Full-time hours) to work 30 – 40 hours a week in a private business to care for clients with a disability. This role is suitable for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, patience, and a strong drive to assist clients with their Goals. You must be able to undertake the duties efficiently and effectively. As well as maintain a safe and secure environment for clients with disabilities. Main Responsibility To evaluate clients’ physical needs and provide exercise routines to clients with disabilities and monitor the clients during exercise. To work one on one with each client to encourage them with their individual goals. Tracking the progress of clients To complete relevant documentation and notes.
