Operations Lead B2B
nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations Reporting into the IT Operations Manager Customer and Channels, the Operations Lead B2B will act as the technical lead for B2B Operations and will own the overall operational responsibility of the B2B platform and Maintenance (AS&M) service delivery, whilst also acting as the AS&M SME for operational escalations. The exciting aspect of this role is that B2B will undergo a transformation in FY19 and the technical lead will ensure that this proceeds smoothly in conjunction with the Delivery teams and the System teams. You will be directly reporting to the Operations manager and lead the L2 and L3 Technical teams. You are responsible for the Vendor management and will coordinate with the internal teams, delivering specific scope under the AS&M programme.
