Operations Evaluation Analyst
nbn – Sydney, NSW – Job Expectations The Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) division of nbn is accountable for the operation and maintenance of the nbn network as well as the activation and maintenance of all services on the network. Within NEO, the Customer Service and Assurance group provides Service Assurance, General Enquiries Support and Complaints Management for all nbn technologies including Fibre to the Home, Fixed Wireless, Fibre to the Node, Fibre to the Building, Hybrid Fibre Coaxial and Satellite. Over the next 3 years, Customer Service and Assurance activities will grow more than threefold. This growth needs to be achieved while improving the customer experience and reducing cost to serve. The Operations Evaluation Analyst will be critical to the success of Customer Service and Assurance by supporting the Resolve and Close group to efficiently assure its customers nbn services.
