We are looking for a talented individual to lead our Proactive Problem Management team, while driving solutions and best practice to achieve our targets and help us to deliver excellent service levels. A bit about your role In your new role as Manager Proactive Problem Management you will be responsible for providing nbn Customer Connections and the broader Network Engineering and Operations organisation with clear Problem Management leadership, end to end ITIL Problem Management processes, development, guidance and innovation to support the Problem Management Practice. Leading a team to achieve Customer Connection experience targets and service levels, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical qualify of the solutions delivered.
