nbn – Melbourne, VIC – Job Expectations This is a 24-Month Max Term role The IT Service Operations Lead will drive the operational performance across all IT services within the Digital Information Management domain. A bit about your role In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for protecting the integrity, performance, availability, and reliability of our Data Content and collaboration tools such as SharePoint. You’ll be working closely with internal teams and external strategic partners to understand operational requirements, resolve issues and ensure a high level of service. Your contribution in the role is primarily focussed upon stakeholder management, partner management, and service management with some elements in continuous improvement.
