Situated in beautiful Tweed heads, this challenging but rewarding management role will see you leading and developing a diverse team and building a positive and engaging culture. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the headspace centre, working with consortia partners, community advisory participants and a variety of stakeholders. You will have experience and understanding of evidence based interventions and a commitment to working with community in supporting young people with their mental wellbeing. Alongside a working knowledge of practice in a contemporary mental health setting you will have a working knowledge of quality compliance, risk and clinical governance, strong communication skills and excellent people management skills.
