Our Fixed (Landline, nbn, Broadband) teams are looking for a Data Administrator to assist with facilitating customer resolution cases. Data Administration – Fixed The role of the administration consultant is to facilitate all administration including tagging of customer resolution cases. Allocation of customer resolution cases along with the monitoring of drop boxes for external communications to log resolution cases and allocate to relevant business unit. This role will also involve providing high level customer resolution case insights and trending to the Fixed Resolver Team Leader, which will allow us to be reactive and proactive in finding new ways of providing better and refined services to our Customers.
