The Customer Experience Researcher & Analyst is accountable for managing research projects from start to finish within the nbn Research Team. The CX Researcher & Analyst will also be a leader in customer experience measurement across nbn for both residential and business end users. A bit about your role The role has accountability for the CX Measurement and Ad hoc research programs, development of the commercial value / ROI for CX projects and leadership of the CX analysis. The role also encompasses providing high-level advice and specialist assistance on market research projects to a wide number of key stakeholders.
