This is a critical program, with significant executive sponsorship. A central pillar in this transformation is uplifting the customer experience for nbn’s customers. As the Customer Experience Designer, you will be a specialist in the Customer Experience Design Team reporting directly to the Executive Manager, Customer Experience Design. Your role will be responsible for designing compelling customer experiences for end users of nbn’s services through engaging with and working alongside both internal and external stakeholder.
