The Role The role is reporting directly to the Credit Supervisor with further support from the Management team. The role will include but won’t be limited to the following: Collection of outstanding accounts via phone, letter and email Managing relationships with clients and conducting monthly reporting Dealing with customer account enquiries Reconciling customer accounts Allocating incoming cash to the ledger Your Profile The successful candidate will have proven experience within credit control as well as the ability to work as part of a team in an efficient and effective manner.
