Call Monitoring Consultant – SSC&O – Brisbane/Sydney
Macquarie Group Limited – Sydney, NSW – Call Monitoring Consultants review the quality of phone-based interactions with Macquaries clients. Regular reviews are conducted and results are provided to the relevant Team Leaders and Managers and feedback provided to the consultants on the quality of the service they have offered to clients during each call. Additionally, Call Monitoring Consultants identify trends and proactively provide this information back to the business. You will be responsible for: Call monitoring of phone based interactions with Macquarie clients Provide feedback/coaching to consultants on the quality of their client interactions Provide reporting to the business on the quality of the service provided to our clients Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and 3rd Party providers Ensuring excellent levels of service delivery to clients To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as; Strong understanding of financial services products, … – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
