Administrator – Financial Plan Management – Geelong
Geelong, VIC – The Financial Plan Management (FPM) Administrator sits within the Service Delivery team and reports to the Manager, FPM and Business Systems. The role is highly operational with a substantial amount of processing required, with a focus of meeting key deliverables and targets. The role sits within the Service Delivery team and is responsible for the management of customer budgets and expenditure, liaising with both customers and service providers. At times, this role will undertake various general administration activities as requested by the Manager, FPM and Business Systems. This role will also establish new customer service bookings, confirm NDIS funding and manage billing.
